What direct care access means
Direct care is a simple trade. You pay MedHealth a monthly fee instead of your provider billing insurance for every visit. That removes the paperwork, the prior authorizations and the volume pressure behind the seven-minute appointment.
What you get back is time. Smaller patient panels mean same-day or next-day visits, 30 to 60 minutes in the room, and a care team you can reach by phone, text or app at no extra charge.
With no claims to file, we can also show you what things cost. Medications, labs and specialist visits are priced up front through our negotiated partners, usually for a fraction of what the same service costs against a deductible.

What it is not
