Every plan includes the pharmacy program, the preferred specialist network and the ACCESS Direct member portal. What changes between tiers is how much primary care you get and how directly you can reach your provider.
Prices shown are per adult member, per month, billed monthly. No enrollment fee. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Routine labs are drawn in office and included in your membership. Imaging, specialty testing, medications and specialist visits are billed at the discounted rate by the provider performing them, and are not included in the membership fee unless stated above.
Spouses and dependents can be added to any plan at a reduced rate. Children under 18 must be enrolled alongside at least one adult member.
Household pricing is confirmed at enrollment based on the plan you choose and the number of members. Call the office and we'll price it for you before you sign anything.
Small businesses can offer MedHealth Clinical Access to their teams as a benefit, either on its own or alongside a high-deductible plan. Pricing is per enrolled employee on a single monthly invoice, and group enrollment is handled directly with our team.
A direct care membership handles day-to-day care. It does not cover hospitalization, surgery or emergencies, so most members carry a separate catastrophic or major medical plan alongside it.
We do not sell, quote or recommend insurance. If you'd like to review options, request an insurance referral and an independent licensed agent will work with you directly. They have no role in your MedHealth membership.
No. MedHealth Clinical Access is a membership agreement for primary care services, not an insurance policy. It does not cover hospital care, surgery or emergencies, and it does not satisfy any minimum essential coverage requirement.
Yes, and many members do. Your membership covers primary care directly, so routine visits don't run through your deductible. Keep your plan for hospital and specialty coverage.
Your provider refers you into our preferred specialist network, where prices are negotiated in advance and shown to you before you book. On Gold and Platinum, our staff handles the scheduling and sends your records ahead.
Call your provider first whenever it's safe to do so. For anything that needs hospital care, we refer you to independent partners who explain your options, what each setting involves and what it's likely to cost. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you want coverage for those events quoted, request an insurance referral and an independent licensed agent will contact you.
Membership is billed monthly to a card or bank account you set up at enrollment. There is no enrollment fee and no long-term contract.
You can move between tiers at any monthly renewal. To cancel, give us 30 days' written notice. If you rejoin later within the same year, we'll waive any re-enrollment step.
Direct care memberships are self-pay and are not billed to Medicare or any other payer. Medicare beneficiaries can still join, and Medicare may still cover services performed outside the membership, such as hospital care. Ask us about your specific situation.
Access Silver and Access Gold are HSA eligible. Federal law permits direct primary care fees to be paid from a health savings account up to a monthly cap, and both tiers fall under it. Access Platinum is above the cap and is not HSA eligible.
The cap is indexed and can change, and your own situation may differ, so confirm with your plan administrator or tax advisor before you set up payment.
Enrollment takes about ten minutes, and you can talk to us first if you're not sure which tier fits.
